Scrapping foreign ownership cap boosts stock prices

On February 21 Vinh Hoan Fisheries Joint Stock Company (VHC) became the third listed company to offer 100 per cent of its ownership to foreign investors after Government Decree 60/2015/ND-CP took effect.
